***$$$-NT Sportsbook Thread vol.2- Props props props props props props... EVERYBODY!

Loving the over on the SF/Dal game. 51.5 is pretty high but I got a good feeling it's going to be a shootout.

10+ points in the NFL is hard as hell to cover, especially being the first game of the year when the favorite's D is unproven... there's a lot more value in a handful of other plays out there outside of the Philly game if you're betting the spreads.

Minnesota is already a for sure bet for me on Sunday. If you're tailing then just know I'm a Vikings fan. I don't bet on the Vikings unless I feel really really confident though.

I'm glad someone else felt this way, in a 7 point teaser this is as close to a early season gimme as you're going to get as I don't see this game being decided by more than one possession if STL wins. My only issue with the Vikings at +3.5 is Cassel and that random turnover he always tends to get happening late if they're down 24-20. Outside of that, there's no reason they shouldn't win this game straight up, offense is solid from front to back as is the defense when comparing them to a Shaun Hill X Zac Stacy led squad.

Anybody else really like Bears at -7 at home against the Bills. I think the Bills are going to be absolutely dog ****. No way that anemic offense can keep up with Cutler, Forte, Marshall, Jeffery, and Bennett.

Any early CFB leans? Not really getting a good feeling of certainty from many of the lines I've seen.

Yes...In an eliminator pool...Philly is a virtual lock..but covering 10.5...A backdoor does not seem out of the question...like...what if they insert bortles in the game at 14-0 after 4 chad henne 3 and outs...and u know...jax does something.

there's 0 chance bortles comes in unless injury

Aside from NFL

CFB

I rolled with Stanford -3 at home
and MSU + 14 vs Oregon

looking fwd to this weekend

NFL bets that jump out to me

Jags +10.5 -- too many points for the Eagles to lay IMO . Jags have talent on their roster and will play hard in their first game
Raiders +5.5 -- thats a lot of points to lay for the Jets
Saints - 3 -- dont think this game will be close . Saints have way more talent , and the Falcons have legitimate concerns on both offense and defense
Brownies +7.5 -- Brownies don't ever have a great record , but they play close games . their defense will give the Steelers issues , i'd buy the half a point here and take the Browns

I already took this bet last night but as an Eagles fam how do you really feel ?

They cover 10.5

I definitely think we cover 10.5. Jags defense is solid but they won't stop us for 4th quarters. Offensively, Henne and a bunch of rookie receivers should be no problem for our D. I am sort of scared of a backdoor cover but I see us winning 31-17.

I think you guys are underestimating the Falcons just a little bit.. Did we forget how good they were just 2 seasons ago.? Last year they were plagued by injuries.. When Julio and White went out they became predictable on offense.. Which led to Steven Jackson having the worst season of his career.. Not to mention he was banged up for a few games as well... And Falcons always play the Saints well in the dome... Kind of like the Dolphins do NE... I think Falcons win straight up here.. But I'll take the points... I also have them in a teaser...

The game that is scaring me is the niners/cowboys. The bet that stood out was Pats -4 and Wake, Jones, Pouncey, Wheeler and a couple good guys out this weekend.

My parlay ticket:
Eagles -10
Vikings +3.5
Patriots -4
Steelers ml
Niners ml
Saints -3
Broncos ml
Bears ml
