I've shopped around (as far as betting sites go) and I didn't find any that take PayPal as a deposit.
 
I said this in another thread, but just wire the money Western Union/Moneygram (i use 5dimes)

they'll credit you back for the fee. On deposits and withdrawls. And then you never have to worry about your bank catching on.

This right here is probably your best bet. https://www.netspend.com/   They will get you a card with your name and everything on it just like a debit card from your bank and its re-loadable.  I usually load it by moneygram at like Wal-Mart or a gas station or something which costs about $4.50 I believe and you can also load it using paypal but I'm not sure of the cost but I do know with paypal it take like 3 days before the money is on there.  Kind of a pain in the butt but basically every reputable sportsbook should except it.



Al3xis is right too.  Pretty much the same thing as I stated only he cuts out the middle man.  I just prefer to have the money on a card.
