If you guys wanna do this i am down to help but no way would i suggest giving your "Full name and address" to someone who just got banned.

What i would suggest is we make an exact list of how many people are interested then once the number is solid everyone e-mails(not PMs)me a name(doesn't need to be a real name or screen name)and address. That way not even i know what address/name matches up with what NTer then i randomly give everyone an address to send a package to. That would make it TOTALLY blind and everyone would keep their privacy intact.
