I just recently moved to Richmond Texas from NYC. Looking to expand my taste buds to some authentic Texas BBQ.

I'm big fan of BBQ Beef ribs, chicken and burgers so please chime in if you got any recommendations.

Not sure how far Richmond is from Austin but Micklethwait Craft Meats https://craftmeatsaustin.com was right near my Airbnb for my boys bachelor party back in September.

We missed out on Franklin's because of it unfortunately caught fire a few weeks before we went down there. Not sure if it's up and running yet.
