NT, Two Photoshops Needed

NT,  I need some help. Can anyone help photoshop this photo? I need two different photos.

1- I want to have wording say TeflanDon, but I want the o in Don to be replaced with the picture. All black background with yellow font.

2- I want a different picture with all of the black and gray parts cut out. I only want the yellow parts.


I'd be grateful if this could be pulled off. Thanks in advance.
