NT what are the best colleges to go to get the "life"?

Basically I want a:
solid academic school
has Division I (BCS Schools) athletics
ok weather, as long as its better than this Michigan snow
Pretty Girls
Good Parties

I'm a 3.0, 27 ACT, 3 yrs work experience in HS, varsity football letterman, minority, + many awards , accomplishments

LSU
Oregon
Mizzou
Illinois\Mayyybe Washington

UF is a huge party school, but the city itself is bleh. UM (University of Miami) is a big party school as well, and its near... Miami, Coconut Grove and SouthBeach, so you'd be able to party more than enough without ever being on campus.

I would choose a college based on what it's going to offer you in the long run over what it's going to give you in the short term.

But that's just me.
