maybe not justified, but personally, i just hate dealing with hassle.  im not trying to sue my ex who i just cheated on for a few hundred and have my dirty laundry aired out.  easier to just chalk it up as a loss and move on.

I agree. It's not justified by any means but it's not worth the hassle. I wouldn't try to get her to pay for them and I definitely wouldn't sue. Not worth the time nor the hassle.

Paying to make it go away. If more men stood up to this kinda behavior womenw wouldn't have such a sense of entitlement. You break any of my favorite things, I'm calling the cops. Especially if this is a gf we're talking about something that is potentially a temporary part of your life.
