NT Whats your Regimen?

-8:00 alarm. Drink 32 oz of water and check twitter/emails
-8:10 - 8:35 shower/put on clothes
-8:35-8:45 prepare breakfast. For the last few weeks a slim wheat bagel, cream cheese and lox. I also take my vitamins: glutamine/b12/Calcium/multivitamin/fish oil
-9-5:30 work
-6-7 gym
-7-8 dinner
-11:30-12 read a book (currently "if the buddha walked into a bar")
-midnight sleep
