Venture jackets are trash. Spend a little more and get one of the North Faces that have the lining you can unzip and take out.

i have the first one in a grey/char/wine colorway....and its great in the rain and cool weather!.....dont think about wearin it when it gets COLD though!you'll freeze!

go with the 1st one.....and make sure you get some NB 993 or 992 to go with em.....cant go wrong with that outfit..

looks to me like it's for rainy weather not hot/cold. in the summer it breathes and in the winter you have a sweater under it for the...cold rain or snow?

They are prob a lil bit warm but they aren't really for the cold weather. They keep you dry when it rains and don't let any wind in. Ifyou were to put a fleece underneath you would be straight tho that is the best combination and you could wear it on the cold weather.
