Quite  a few NT'ers were up for putting in on getting this kid some Joerdennz. I'm down, as were a few of you in the thread.

Look, I know we do a LOT of goodwill for less fortunate in more important areas, but this is one of our own - he just doesn't know it yet.

If we have an adequate amount of people who are sincerely interested we can get something going and get him some sick Jordans.

he said he only bought an 8 because he wants to stuff the toe box so they don't crease. I agree with OP,  I'd kick in a few bucks *shrug* kid reminded a lot of us that we take a lot for granted, especially those of us that just can't have that kind of raw passion for the hobby anymore
