So my little brother is going off to college and wants to get a moped/scooter. This guy doesn't have a license and says that if it is 49cc and under, he will be able to ride it. Ive tried looking into it online and have found very gray areas concerning this. So basically, help shine light on this topic if you know anything about it. Thanks

i know in michigan you dont need a license to drive one you just need it registered and have a sticker on it.
