First heard of him my freshman year in high school and I was hooked. Now I'm a freshman in college and he still gets daily plays on my itunes.

RIP to Nujabes

A lot of my friends like his stuff and I know he's big in the underground scene.

I am a big fan of hip hop producers, hell....producers in general...Nujabes is a beast at his work.  I wasn't a big fan of his smooth, jazzy music...it's not for me....but for many many others, his music has touched them greatly and I appreciate that.

I dont know the guy, but Im a huge fan of downtempo/chill/lounge/relax music (Kruder and Dorfmeister, Cafe del Mar, etc). RIP to him.
