Any time you grill something in a pan with hot oil you are creating cancer causing compounds. And if you char your meat the black stuff is literally cancer.

It's definitely something to think about.

My stance on oils is consume them sparingly, if at all. It's pure fat and not found in nature. Eating raw, cold pressed oil is fine. Eat avocados, nuts, seeds, coconuts, olives.... fats in whole food form.
