NYC Red Light Ticket help

So i got a ticket couple days ago and its 270$ and i get 3 points on my license {

[font=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]i was wondering if its worth fighting? and what can i expect? this is what i got on my mind and i want to know if its worth saying to the judge the cop wasn't facing the light i crossed (it really was a yellow) and i got pba card but from 2010 and btw im 17 with a dj license so idk any help or advice i would appreciate [/font]

Just pay it, not really worth it could be worse seeing as you still only have your juniors

i just recently beat a red light ticket,. I was at traffic court, cop was about to tell his side of the story, then all of sudden he said forget it.

Case dismissed.

In your case go to court, cuz you never know.

In your case go to court, cuz you never know.
 
Its best to put it off for as long as possible...you dont have to pay the ticket right away and you dont get the points on your license...just plead not guilty and schedule a court date 6 months from now (yea, the schedule them that far away)..you can change your plea to guilty and pay the ticket whenever you want within the 6 months

It's definitely worth fighting if you don't want to be out $270.
