He has receipt from Selfridges in London and mail from the raffle.

That is not necessarily true. Very often full size runs are produced long before a shoe is even introduced.

At first glance I don't see anything on this pair to worry about immediately but I must admit I haven't been checking with legit references too often yet, also no Js expert in general.

Also, I'm not sure about the words "XC", I've never seen that when looking at the inside size tags for the sneaker, they all say LN4, I think it should say LN4 such as in this pictures

Mine pair also comes with a "XC" on the size tag. Probably it has to do with the size range!!! The real one, you can see he tooks pictures of it on his bed. The fake one you can see it's laying on other surface and looks kinda off...

So as I thought he really win a legit pair through the raffle but is trying to sell a fake one showing the real ones and the receipt, this explains why the difference in the size.
He also showed me this mail to explain the difference

hey man i got my pair directly from one of the official retailers and my inside tag also says 12/23/16 and the letters xc so i am totally sure that is now a good way to say that pair is fake
