Not knocking ya pockets brodie. I think many of us would agree if you cant purchase (full price) for retail or resale, then you really cant afford them. Personally, I never used a credit card to purchase any sneaker. My Netspend card is preloaded money I save from each pay check.

I even find it kinda ludacris folk will use there main credit/debit card on raffles just to end up with multiple pairs. I add just enough money on my card to hit ONE raffle. If I hit 5 raffles, only 1 merchant can charge my card.

I really like a lot of sneakers that come out too. If you have the money just cash out bro...

Very true and appreciate the feedback. i gotta stay focused and put these on the back burner. im waiting for a call for major surgery. thats far more important than some kicks. just sneakerhead fomo. Ill be straight.

Don’t knock using credit cards. You just have to be responsible. I purchase and pay for everything with my credit card and pay it off at the end of the month. I accumulate points which can be converted to cash, airline miles, and receive free perks like free hotel room upgrades for spending money I was already going to use for everyday stuff like bills and groceries.
Sticking your money in a savings or checking account does absolutely nothing for you. Why not get paid to pay your bills and buy the things you would normally purchase?

This. Always use a credit card with a good points program and set up autopay to always pay it off every month. Also never pay earlier than your bill is due.

In addition to building up good credit and accumulating tons of points for free flights, gift cards, cash etc you also get purchase protection.

Never ever carry a balance on a credit card, but you should always be using a credit card for as much purchasing as possible. I’ll never understand why people avoid credit cards completely.

My wife does everything you're mentioning here lol... She always show me the perks we get when using the CC. That's why we get to travel like we do.. I mentioned raffles specificallly because most merchants dont allow you to return sneakers and then you're stuck with multiple pairs. I may of used, "purchasing with credit cards out of context.

I do use my CC (very very rarely). I should of said, Personally, I never used my CC on sneaker purchases for an EQL or online raffle.
