New York Giants @ Minnesota Vikings Game Thread

I'm done worrying about how other teams are doing until we get another win. We have wasted so many chances these past few weeks to gain ground on theSaints OR solidify ourselves as the #2 seed. We just have to worry about ourselves and pick back up what made us successful. Conflict between the quarterbackand head coach or not...."JUST WIN" as the Crypt Keeper once said.

...

I like the NYG fans on here, but I gotta say the Vikings have been the Giants yearly %$% whooping almost every season this decade

...why not continue that trend into 2010?

Hopefully Favre won't lay down for any of your linemen Sunday.

Eli Manning "Highlights" + I forgot to thank you guys for last year

...

Sidenote: Why do we play you guys every year? I mean...I just looked at the teams the Vikings play in 2010, you're on our damn schedule again

Same goes for the Packers Vs Cowboys.

Bears Vs. Eagles.

Lions vs. ******** probably then?

I know the ******** gave the Lions their first win this season.

i think the north plays the nfc east next year

packers vs cowboys is always a fun game...

and i suppose most packer fans want to play minny in the first round but i hope yall win and we win so that doesnt happen...at least not first round
dont wanna play in that damn dome of yours

Giants always whoop em especially @ MINNY, but like last season this is a meaningless game for em'.

Doubt I'll even see all the regulars playing, lots of backups on the field.

EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ - Brandon Jacobs will undergo arthroscopic knee surgery next week and will not play in the Giants' 2009 season finale Sunday in Minnesota.

Unless Ahmad Bradshaw rushes for 235 yards on Sunday, the Giants' streak of consecutive seasons with a 1,000-yard rusher will end at seven.

Bradshaw, Gartrell Johnson and Danny Ware will likely share the workload in Jacobs' absence.

Coughlin said guard Rich Seubert will "try to go" in practice. Seubert missed the loss to Carolina last Sunday with a knee injury. Tackle Kareem McKenzie and defensive backs Corey Webster and Aaron Ross will not practice. Defensive tackle Fred Robbins, who has a sore lower leg, will do some individual drills.

Wouldn't surprise me any.

SMH, Coaching Clinic Childress gets a gift-wrapped game to end his season

Though the only thing that will make this season absolutely perfect (aside from the inevitable Viking's early-exit from the playoffs) would be if theyreally lost to NYG's JV squad at home though

Bring on the losses and Childress getting canned, despite his lame extension

Vikings back-door it and steal Cowher

Hopefully the Giants come out and play some inspired ball. Hoping MN will lose, make stuff interesting in the NFC.

they always seem to finish in the same place within the division, and you play the teams that finished in the same place. East plays the North anyway so itdoesnt apply next year. its why the pats and colts always played, cause they always win their division.

I'm probably speaking for myself, but right now you guys and the Eagles are the last teams I wanna see in the first round. Or any round. Ithink we can hang with ARI, NOS, and DAL.

Since this game's at home = W. If this were in NY, different story.

And

at Ahmad getting 200+ yards.

God damn Mike Wallace catching that game winner keeping this week from deciding the North Division title

Shut up Ry with all your pessimism. Damn. Anyway...Giants can play however they want, but no matter who is on the field for them, if Minnesota wins inconvincing fashion then that's trouble for the rest of the NFC. Minnesota has a savvy team and one game is all it takes for them to be at a peak in theplayoffs.
