Everybody is saying hand-cuff your RBs over and over but I just don't understand that. Wouldn't it be better to take a Chester Taylor type over a Michael Turner in the later rounds. I just don't understand when everyone says to hand-cuff. Someone want to explain?

I bvelieve hand-cuff your RBs is to take Turner in a combo with LT or Betts with Portis. I would think that Taylor and Peterson would be good also. I don't like this rule unless you have Bush and Deuce or Betts and Portis. I did it with Turner last year and the dude was a waste of a spot because LT was a machine. I don't think it is as important unless you have back that might wear down or get alot of mop up duty.
MICHIGAN WOLVERINES

Hand-cuffing your stars isn't a huge deal unless your top guys have either an injury history or are splitting carries. With a guy like LT/Turner, you're probably wasting a roster spot. With guys like LJ (holdout threat), Portis (injuries), Deuce/Reggie, Taylor/MJD, it may be much more plausible.
TEAMCOWBOYS
Winning is the only option...

Handcuffing your #1 backs is normally a good idea if their backup is talented. If you have LT, you should almost certainly draft Turner because in the rare case that LT gets injured, your team won't miss a beat when you plug in Turner. If you don't have the handcuff, your season is likely finished if your stud back goes down. Here's a list of handcuffs that you would be wise to get:

LT/Turner
Jackson/Leonard
LJ/Bennett
Portis/Betts
Henry/Bell
Jacobs/Droughns
Parker/Davenport

There's probably more, but those are the most important ones. While it might look like a waste of a roster spot, you'll be extremely glad you grabbed your RB's backup if he gets injured for an extended period of time.

Jerricho Cotchery for Larry Fitzgerald - take this deal and run.
TJ Houshmanzadeh for Marques Colston - this is a toss up. TJ is the safer bet though.
Deuce Mcallister for Reggie Bush - do this trade Bush will outperform Deuce this season.
