gooden is more dependable for big man numbers, tolliver for all-around stats.

Always risky adding one of those D-Leaguers on the Warriors. You never know if Don Nelson will play them 30+ or 10+ minutes. But looks like Reggie Williams will be the new flavor of the week for now. Tolliver should get PT no matter what because of the injured big men on the Warriors. But we all know if Morrow gets on fire, it's back to bench for Reggie. And vice versa. Then we got the possibility of Monta, Steph, and Corey getting 40+ minutes each will screw up people that have CJ, Reggie, and Anthony all together.

I knew i should have picked up Reggie Williams two weeks ago, but i didnt know if the Warriors would resign him for a 2nd 10day contract, and eventually drop a player for him (which i didnt think they would do).

Got into the playoffs in every one of my league, but ive missed out on players like Blatche, Collision, etc. i see myself getting owned in the first round.

CP, put some better stats up. jeez.

Good news, the other guy who has a chance of getting Tyreke took Gallinari so his waiver # goes up. So I have the best shot at getting him now.

I still can't decide who to drop though, Udrih or Collison.
One one hand, Udrih is goign crazy right now and he almost got a triple double last night but thats w/o Evans.
Collison played well with CP3 but CP3 will probably start playing more and more as he gets his stamina back.
Udrih was playing well with Evans and he still gets PT but I have a feeling Collison will lose plenty of PT now that CP3 is back.

Who do you guys think is better to drop?

Nah, i can't pass up on Tyreke Evans. He is definitely better than both of them and it's good that he will only miss 1 more game (hopefully) and be back by the time playoffs starts for me next week.

What a luxury to be able to get Evans though. If Evans is back for sure and healthy, you gotta snatch him up. You should know the pros and cons of each player you have currently too.

Collison will get the dimes, but costs you turnovers. % will fluctuate for him.

Beno will go back to his season average. % are more consistent.

Also gotta see how many games each player is playing next week and the opponents too.

No TO stat in my league so TO's do not matter.

Sacs schedule is 4-3-3-2.
NOs schedule is 3-4-3-1.

From the two, I say I need the one that will give more assists.
My team is:
fantas12.jpg

So far, my strongest stats are points, reb (off & def), blocks and steals.
Since it is playoff time, I have two choices:

(1) Focus on making my strong stats stronger by getting specialists (in reb and blk) so that I win those categories for sure since I only need to 5 out of 9 stats in the playoffs.
(2) Get players that will support my weak stats in hopes that I can steal a win in one or two stats that I am weak at.

I have a few days to decide but I am sure I want Evans in my team going forward.

Anyone think its worth picking up Bynum? (Ill have to use a waiver claim so im not too sure yet)

^ Andrew's reportedly out about 2 weeks or until the end of March. Knowing him and the way he slowly heals from injury, he'll most likely be out all of those 2 weeks if not more. If your playoffs haven't ended by the time he gets back, then maybe I'd risk it. Phil might just decide to rest him for the NBA playoffs though. Just a thought.

just picked up beno udrih off waivers and dropped courtney lee

here's my situation- i have 3 kings on my team: tyreke, beno, and hawes. i usually dont keep no more than 2 players on the same team, but when i saw beno doin work while tyreke is out, i had to pick him up.

i'm currently on a 1st round bye as a wait for my next opponent next week.

i think im going to monitor beno this week and see how he does. it's going to be add and drop time for playoffs

I would roll with winning 5-4 than being lucky and getting a 6-3 or 7-2 win. A win is a win at the end of the week.

I don't know how much PT Paul is going to average next week, but Collison will probably still get dimes off the bench. Beno on the other hand with Evans back will not touch the ball as much to facilitate the offense. Collison got 4 games next week and Beno 3. I would worry about one week at a time unless your potential opponents are weak next week.

Tough decision man. But you can't complain if you get a healthy Tyreke. He has to be healthy though...

The thing is that before Evans got hurt, Udrih had a pretty good game and had 8 and 9 assist games prior.
I think he is healthy and the missed games might be more of a precaution.
He is expected to play Friday and right now I got Udrih being dropped for him.
So I'll check and see how it works out but I will surely try and get him for next week.

Jermaine Oneal is actually in the waivers too but I want to use my waiver on Tyreke first since Oneal is too injury prone.
If I want to focus on my strengths, I'll probably pick up Oneal too, if he is still available.

R u guys sure about Reggie Williams?

Better than Mike Miller in the long run?

Toliver is also available

Miller is more consistent, and he also has 16 games during these playoff weeks. (most games out of every team, as well as SA).

dropped Gooden for Tolliver, now lets see if his minutes hold up

also thinking of dropping K. Love for Dorsey, just not sure how either of their minutes are gonna be in the next couple weeks, any insight?

Damn, Gooden with 26 pts and 20 reb. I am glad I have a bye this week but I wish he would have saved that for next week.

I was contemplating on maxiel or gooden and grabbed maxieel...

Anyway, looking at the Warriors Roster, all their big men are hurt xcept Tolliver. Tolliver should be getting major minutes. Who the hell is the their PF though? Maggette? #+*?

I was on the phone w/ a buddy of mine in the same league and I told him I think I should drop Gooden for J. Maxiel/Tay Prince too.

Glad I didn't.

I can't mess with any Warriors player not named Maggette or Ellis

... Hell, I traded Curry (and G.Wallace) to Chester right before the deadline and now I'm facing him in the first round...

Toney Douglas has been GOOD $ too.

Not to mention that Gooden had 2 steals and a block while going 10 for 10 in the ft line.

On another news, I got Evans (YAY!) and dropped Udrih.
Hopefully CP3 get limited minutes the rest of the season so Collison can get a good run.
