That whole team ran full speed into that tunnel for a reason.

They're both $%$#+%% though

Fox got fired on and had no rebuttal word to Kobe/Childs.

Not a whole lot of NBA players want to scrap

You right, he went around the back of that tunnel to "talk"  He didn't have a rebuttal as you say.

You the guy who waits till people start breaking up a dispute and then you proceed to act crazy like you about to do something.

So what if he ran around back, he had to make that show, he knew he'd be restrained. And he knew nothing would actually happen. If he was about it he would have laid Christie out next game they played on the jump ball.

come on CP. You can't be serious.

Foxy had all the opportunity in the world to retaliate after he got Ahduken uppercutted, but didn't... because he's not about that life.

laugh.gif
at this "well... ummm... he went to the tunnel.... and he, ummmmmm, he wanted to fight in the tunnel".

laugh.gif

They're both females. Dude Christie had his wife stick up for him, and Fox didn't want to do anything til he phoned up Shaq in the locker room to have his back

If Pistons don't make amove, it's going to be scary watching them self-destruct. I don't knowhow many "contenders" make moves. Orlando made theirs, I don't seeChicago doing anything. Celtic's are chill in the East, and Miamiprobably won't do anything. Spurs think they're fine being healthy allyear, we'll see if they do something, I doubt it. Mavericks? Alwayslooking, but doubt it. Lakers? Ehh. Thunder would love a real Center, but I don't see any in their future.
I'm with you on Detroit. I feel the same way about Phoenix, too. Most of the other bad teams are full of young talent, so those two really stick out, in regards to selling. I personally think Milwaukee should be one of these teams, as well.

There are five surefire East playoff teams, and six? out West, so of course any ofthose 7-10 or so seed teams could try to make a push.

What does Denver do? If Anthony, Billups and maybe even Harrington all relocate in one huge deal, would they appease Nene, too? I doubt it. Or they !+%* with everybody and actually buy.

I still think the Bulls get an off guard, too.

Phoenix I feel SHOULD make a move, but won't. I just feel like they want to hold onto Steve for however long he has left. I feel like he's at the point where he just plays at 3/4 speed now. He knows his team isn't going to win, or even contend. It would have to take a major move while keeping Nash to even contend, and I mean MAJOR. If Amare and Marion weren't enough for all those years, and they want to keep with their run-and-gun style, there's no way they can contend unless they get a superstar. Carmelo going to the Suns doesn't make sense, so blow it up, and try to get/keep prospects.

It's sad to see what's going on in Denver. Chauncey deserves to be treated better. Carmelo is gone, that's a given. To the Knicks or they trade him elsewhere before the break. They try to package Harrington, the sucker that has to take on his contract.

. Probably be the Mavs.

. I really hope Chauncey doesn't get moved, and they can get something going there. Watching Denver play recently you can see some guys with a complete lack of effort. It's ridiculous. It sucks for Nene too, because he's a Top-10 per position kind of guy, and should be treated as-such. Hell, he may even be Top Five? Who do you take over him other than Dwight? You throw names around like Noah, Bogut, Marc but it's a stretch once you get into the realm of Al Horford, Hibbert, Okafor, Tyson, Bynum.

I don't see this trade deadline as being as active as many of us would like it to be. The off-season, sure, maybe. But first we need to get a new CBA hammered out, which should definitely change the landscape of contracts, trades, and the such.

The Suns need to blow it up. Send Nash and filler to Atlanta and build around him.

IF the trade with the Knicks goes through, you have to think Harrington and Balkman would be involved. Chauncey is the only dude I feel bad for in all of this. He obviously loves Denver (as does his family) and wants to retire there.

Why is Al Horford a stretch? He's on the same level as Bogut and Noah IMO. Look at how badly they struggled against NO with him out.

I can see Granger + filler for Igoudala be a trade that gets looked into at the deadline.

The Wizards are a D-League team. 10 turnovers in the 1st quarter and their rookie Seraphin is wearing his shorts backwards. *facepalm*

Granger and Iguodala isn't going to do anything for either franchises.

I wouldn't say Horford is as good as Bogut and Noah.

IMO we got..

Dwight

Noah, Bogut, Nene, Marc

The rest of the field (including guys like Horford, Tyson Chandler, Brook Lopez, Hibbert, Okafor.

Marc and Horford bridge the gap between the rest of the field IMO.

Indiana has a pressing need for a PF, so I think they'll try and address that before trading Granger. Maybe they can make a run at someone like Carl Landry.

And Horford is on the level of Noah, Bogut and Nene. Gasol hasn't played well this season, so might have to knock him down a notch.

It's all preference IMO NaS.

I put more confidence on my team if I'm acquiring Marc than if I Horford.

It's all relative though. The margin isn't that much between the two. Both are good Centers.

Chicago had 33 when I checked, and 16 of those were Kurt Thomas.
