I expect Simmons to look rusty and for nt to denounce him as a bust within a week or two

"I told you he couldn't shoot"
"He's not even exceptional at passing, what's his NBA skill?"
Etc

lol @ NBA skill :lol

I expect him to be rusty at first but the system does fit him. The Sixers are an unselfish team that loves to run. Don't forget Brown is a product of Pop's coaching and D'antoni was the assistant coach last year, you can see his influence in this year's offence.

Stubhub is ok, those other logo patches need to be smaller. The GE patch on the celtics jersey is taking up the whole shoulder

Michael Jordan was not impressed with the Warriors breaking his Bulls' win record last season.

Golden State Warriors owner Joe Lacob says Michael Jordan isn't impressed with the team's record win total from last season.

Lacob said Jordan, currently the owner of the Charlotte Hornets and a member of the 1995-96 Chicago Bulls team that won the NBA title after notching a then-record 72 regular-season wins, relayed his thoughts when the two had dinner in New York with other owners during the collective bargaining agreement negotiations.

"People were drinking, having a good time and all that. But there was a moment where [Jordan] said, 'You know, 73 don't mean ..." Lacob said before trailing off during an interview with San Francisco radio station 95.7 FM The Game on Tuesday. "He did it. Michael Jordan did that. And I looked at him, and I just decided not to, you know, make a big deal of it. I said, 'You know, you're right? We didn't win it. We had to get better.'

"He's fantastic, and I'm not going to cross him. But that kind of hurt, you know?"

During the interview, Lacob also insisted the Warriors' season was a success despite the team losing in the NBA Finals to the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Harden or Westbrook will win the MVP Award, also known as the NBPA MVP.

KD will win the best player of the best team Award, also know as KIA NBA MVP Award.

Sadly the best player on the best team is recognized as the "real" MVP award, for now.

So in 2010-11 Lebron's first year in Miami was averaging 27-7-7 on the first place Heat and lost out MVP voting to Rose and Howard that year.

The heat was the better team than the Bulls and Magic

Lebron was the best player

Rose MVP

the bulls had the #1 seed in the east that year

I believe the Bulls had the best record in the whole league that year

Dirk was the real MVP in 2011. He missed 10 games that season and the team was 2-8.

We all know what happened in the post season

yeah the role players couldn't miss from 3
that's what happened [emoji]129299[/emoji]

Half true, but weren't Dirk's numbers historic? That was one of the more impressive runs in NBA history

Blazers, Lakers, Thunder, Heatles

Underrated run when in reality it was actually pretty insane

Dirk went God mode on OKC in the WCF that year. He was like 24-24 from the FT line that game as well. Made Ibaka and everyone in the league his whipping boy during that run

I honestly remember the shooting performances of the Mavs than Dirk's individual effort in 2011.

Team was lights out from 3.

I wasn't being serious lol
Lol I should have known, but it seems to be a narrative out there

28 PPG, on 48.5%, 46% and 94%... don't have any advanced numbers but I honestly remember Dirk's performances more than anything
