If they can get #1 seed they will be in great shape, GSW will still have chemistry issues during the regular season.

Once that get it though I'm still not sure Clippers can beat them at full health in a 7 game series.

Honestly, GSW showed last year that even against a team that they probably were not better than, they could still beat them 4 out of 7 due to the 3pt line. I'm a broken record on this, but 3s man. No one is going to be able to make up the pt diff from the 3pt line over the course of a series.

Or maybe the clips defense is legit as it appears and forces gsw to 1) play dray at the 5 more than they want to and 2) force them to be inefficient from 3.

Idk, we'll see. So much to still determine.

And the Spurs win was more than just a good win. It was a wire to wire blowout in San Antonio against a fully healthy team on the 2nd night of a road back-to-back.

More than any other team - the Clips core guys have been together the longest. Fast start isn't surprising while teams are still figuring out what works and the chemistry. They have like 1-2 new rotation guys?

I think Clipps and Grizz have the longest tenure with their core groups. But, Memphis core group is actually in a transition where 2 of the 4 guys aren't considered the top players anymore.

Clippers starting 5 has remained the same outside of their SF position. The continuity they have is one of the biggest factors, along with guys like Jordan and Blake improving their games. No real change in play style, continuity plus their 2nd and 3rd best player entering their primes. They've always been great in the regular season and showed flashes in the playoffs. I'm looking more towards how well they will perform in the playoffs this year.

Yup, as much as it pains me to say.

This something that he showed since HS, he's so physically gifted that he's gotten this far without really improving his game much at all.

He's just that much stronger/more explosive than even elite NBA athletes.

He's still trash on defense, trash from the FT line, hasn't developed the post game and can't shoot.

It's frustrating because he should be a top 3 center in this league but he still out here getting benched in the fourth.


Even SVG hasn't been able to save him from himself yet.

3 years younger. Elite level defender. Very good offense and has shown he can be great. Better grade of hair. Why not?
