Yea he's really been maturing and coming into his own a lot these last few weeks after the All star break. Wonder if Wade,Haslem and some of the other vets sat him down and had a talk about staying grounded. He's been letting his play do all the talking lately and it's beautiful to watch

i rather him sit and stay healthy while we develop who we have instead of depending on him. i knew jj would look like this on the heat. if only we could implement more plays 4 whiteside now... and develop 1 more shooter

At least I said I didn't think he would come to Miami and not that he wouldn't fit with our team.
I was still surprised that he chose us, but I'm glad he did.
