Pretty solid trade for both sides.

• CLE gets a first to prepare for Lebron's departure.
• CLE loses no production with a plug and play of IT.
• BOS probably would rather max Kyrie than IT.
• BOS still has Hayward, Brown, and Tatum to make up for the "loss" of Crowder.
