I honestly don’t even want him back. if he can cash in elsewhere once more then good for him. While he’s done a lot for the team, so has the organization. His career was over before the dodgers took a chance on him. Followed by paying him 64M’s.

This might be far fetched but trading for Kyle Seager would be awesome! He isn’t grossly over paid only thing his final year of the remaining 2 years becomes a player option if traded. He’s a solid 3rd basemen. If traded for peanuts then maybe that’s all that is needed to sway Corey staying despite being a Boras client.

Just a thought of something I wouldn’t mind seeing.
