This post cannot be overstated. ACL injuries are one thing, but there hasn’t been much advancements in Achilles injuries. I guess it’s because the tendon is damn near exposed. Your ligaments are pretty much enconsed inside knee.
Boogie has all that weigh to carry too. I’d be wildly impressed if he found a way to make it back before training and plays at a high level.
