The gap between the big 3 and Maryland might be bigger than the gap between Wazzu and the rest of their division foes, but realistically Wazzu is the 5th best job in that division and second worst job in that conference overall.

UMD would be an upgrade and probably pay better for him and his staff *IF* Plank is involved
