I had to get out of the last work league. We were getting smacked and dudes were coming to the games hungover. I’m too old and too competitive for that, especially since it was a competitive division

My stats were empty according to NT
Dude on my team used to hoop overseas and I can already see that the offense essentially runs through him. He was getting buckets too. I'm just there to get run and get in better shape honestly

Who's arguing with that, you asked a question that I thought it was self explanatory. He was the only marketed star in the east, there was no transitioning, this when he left, there's a void. Hence the dip.

If the warriors would be in the east, or another marketed superstar was in the east, that dip wouldnt be as noticeable, of at all.
I disagree.
Steph Curry was pretty popular before LeBron doused the Warriors to win the chip for Cleveland. Steph was being called the best player in the NBA, and was about to be marketed as such, until that series. They then went and got him some help, which muted any more discussion about who was the best player in the NBA.

People want to see the best compete, and that sells. LeBron being the best, brings about the best in others, which generates interest around the league. Ratings are then UP, and the league wins because the best player transcends the game.

I couldn't hoop with people from work. Usage would be too high and I'm slightly awkward being a left shooter and right hand finisher lol

We were under .500. My assist percentage was off the charts but I’m a high usage guy. I definitely didn’t deserve the max according to NT

Did any of your teammates play a high number of minutes but only scored 3, or 0? And was anyone a negative the moment they stepped on the court ?

Bro Giannis, Embiid, Kyrie and Ben Simmons are plenty marketable enough for the contenders of the East. Kawhi is even marketable in a weirdo type of way. Like he’s so weird that people are intrigued by it :lol

We talk about the clippers and people complain. We talk about ratings and people complain. We talk about Devin Booker and people complain. Like what the **** do yall wanna talk about . I see hella complaints and zero suggestions
Kyrie got any banana boat plans this summer? Should have plenty of time after getting bounced in early-May.

It is the velvet rope syndrome.

Look at us, everybody else is haters...

NEW YORK (AP) -- Game 7 of the Western Conference finals drew a peak audience of 18 million viewers, making it the second-most watched NBA game in cable TV history.

Golden State's victory over Houston on Monday night to earn a fourth straight trip to The NBA Finals averaged 14.8 million viewers for the TNT telecast, with the peak audience from 11 to 11:15 p.m. EDT.

If you get 2 good to great teams playing, the ratings will come.

Buck vs the Warriors would do numbers in the finals.

As long as it’s not lakers or Bron talk, I welcome all discussion with open arms.
