On paper...it's a better team than the one that won 49 games and was the 4th seed just the year before last. Looking at what Indiana did last year...looking at what Detroit is doing so far...I don't think saying the Wizards could be a third seed in a Bron-less Eastern conference was jumping out the window.

Nope not buying at all. I said during the discussion that Indy, MIL talent gap was quite close. When you factor in chemistry and coaching.... there's no way I was buying a 3rd seed like I was told

Too many "just" rotational players, if Heat don't make a decent trade this season they might spoil some value. Can't imagine resigning DJJ or McGruder without a trade

Already getting annoyed with Wes Matthews having the ultimate green light for MY Mavs. Hoping they can get somebody like Khris Middleton or Tobias Harris next summer when Wes' contract comes off the books. Will also be interested to see if they decide to hold onto DJ or go for Boogie or Randle.

Trading Wall will be next to impossible because of his contract but they have to do something. This roster is a joke, they have zero chemistry, everyone plays for their own stats and they don’t give half a damn about playing defense. All this WITHOUT Dwight playing a single minute yet. If this doesn’t show the lack of leadership between Wall and Beal I don’t know what will. They’re betas pretending to be alphas to the local media.

Otto comes off the books in 2 years.
Move him off the books for a year of Jimmy Butler...and they're still capped out. They're already ******. And they'd probably give up another 1st round pick that inevitably turns into a solid piece (ala Jarrett Allen) in that deal.
