Warriors at this point need KD more than KD needs them.

If KD doesnt resign they more than likely wont be able to find a quality replacement within budget.

KD can go to any team he wants and theyd move heaven and earth to clear space and fit him.

You’re delusional. Once Beta Boy leaves, he’s going to find himself in another situation similar to OKC where he has to carry the entire offense instead of being a big cog in it.

No westbrook to high jack the offense

Laker fans: KD is soft, he's a snake, he's a beta. KD ain't ****.

Also Laker fans: I hope he comes here next season.

This is literally every nba fan base but of course :rolleyes

Member when Lebron would rather go to the clippers because reasons. Now KD would too because whatever. I member

Bruh you see it too right. I’m laughing cuz I know how this will end up and I know they’re gunna act like they never said anything.

Gladwell's "Grand Theory of Ethnic basketball" is funny.

I hope it comes out that GSW is trolling the media withball of this.

Kerr is from the Phil Jackson tree, so generated beef wouldn't be beneath him.
Nah Draymond emotionally fragile like that. This is the same dude who went back and tried to fight a 18 year old because his feelings got hurt. Never seen dude run up on a grown man though just steadily bumping his gums

5 things to know about Pascal Siakam to help you understand the rising hype : https://forums.realgm.com/boards/viewtopic.php?t=1766933

In the off-season Brian Windhorst was raving about Siakam’s growth as a player. How he had involved into a more skilled and versatile player. He was killing people in the Drew League in ways that reminded of lottery picks with hype, not late first picks. We all know not to put too much weight into Drew League but it was how he was moving with the ball that seemed special. Zach Lowe wrote this last week.

And yesterday he was awarded Eastern Conference Player of the Week before scoring a super efficient 22 on perennial DPOTY candidate Anthony Davis.

Here are some key things to be aware of the growing hype.

1) Pascal Siakam has only been playing organized 5 on 5 basketball for 7 years. That includes 3 years of NBA playing! He moved to America to play high school hoops mostly on the basis that his older brothers were good enough to to make it to the NCAA players and at the time Siakam loved soccer more. That changed and he began learning more about the nuances of the post and 5 on 5 play late in high school. His father loved basketball and dreamed that his boys would all get out of Africa and find better lives through sport. When his father died it almost seemed like Pascal took it upon himself to push himself harder. His length and speed and touch were apparent so he moved from HS to college where he just kept growing. The lack of High School hype kept him hidden and made it easy to question the growth he was showing in the NCAA. He kept working on his ball handing and miraculously took to that fast in ways that are uncommon at this level. We’ve all heard the stories of the 5’11 PGs who hit growth spurts and then became 6’8 (or more) PGs. That at least makes sense. What doesn’t is 6’10 guys with 7’3 wingspans suddenly adding some high speed ball handling at age 23 but that’s basically what happened. Credit the Raptors coaching staff for seeing it and nurturing that in a way that reminds a little of how the Bucks saw Giannis ball handling growth and tried to nurture it. The ball handling growth and vision to find teammates dramatically changed Siakam’s career trajectory from being more or a Clint Capella-lite type of rim runner to something else that hasn’t yet settled or plateaued. His late start in the sport helps offset for his age.

2) We don’t yet have this year’s Real +/- info but there’s reasons to suspect that when they become available he will be top 40 because he’s 23rd in the league in BPM right now.

What’s more, if we look at the past 20 years of third year players he is sitting nicely in the top 30 right now via BPM.

3) He’s also top 50 league wide this year in PER.

4) He’s doing some of this unassisted now. Taking people off the bounce. In fact he has the second highest points % of all NBA players right now who drive 3 or more times per game. His touch around the net is accurate and his 3 point shot is coming along.

5) In the switch-heavy schemes of today’s NBA his speed and length legitimately allows him to guard all 5 positions on the floor. He could be one of, if not, the fastest guys moving his feet north to south in the league and his lateral quicks and ability to slip screens is closer to that of wings than bigs.

Hopefully these points help better explain why Pascal Siakam’s ceiling has moved up from what even the most optimistic fans had of him when drafted. He’s looking like a draft steal of the Capela, and Middleton variety if he keeps this up.

Steph gonna come back to the locker room with the belt for both them ****** never thought I could feel bad for the Serpent but Draymond crossed the line on some jealousy/envy/hater ********. KD is walking cause of that and management should let Draymond walk too for that ******** and the constant headache he’s given them over the years. He already cost them a ring with his antics and now this. Give Boogie his bag instead. Draymond is overrated for what he does for the warriors anyway. At least if you’re gonna have a headache let it be a consistent 20 and 10 player that isn’t a fake tough guy.

“With what was said, there is already no way Durant is coming back,” one player said. “The only hope is that they can say this summer, ‘See, KD. We’ve got your back. We protected you from Draymond.’ ”

Well damn.

The Warriors don't even need an equal replacement for KD, they're still contenders as long as Steph is healthy.

Not sure if srs
Will he play later? Also when will covington and saric debut?

I dont think they can count on Iggy being healthy.

Dray regressed big offensively youre going to be counting on only Curry and Klay to create offense.

Wiggins ain't good for ****. I'd never grab him in dfs I couldn't count on him to grab boards or get more than an assist or two.

And I would assume they make their debut tonight at home vs the pels
