Everyone just always says they stopped watching when Jordan retired. As if he was the only one who could ever hoop.

Not going to jump on the bus of disrespecting PB and refer to him as a crackhead(which is a disrespectful comment and somewhat racially motivated.) like some of the posters here. Was he out of order? Yes, but emotions are running high during a time like this where players want to demonstrate and make a point. Anything that sounds contrary can be perceived as opposition. With media reports pertaining to the strike being all over the place. I would not be surprised if more took place and they just decided to report only the inflammatory parts of the story that to further add confusion to the movement. I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt.

I ain’t call dude a crackhead..

but it’s dumb as hell to be poppin off at and interrupting someone who is giving you valuable information and helping you and the others who will be making the decisions to be aware of everything that could potentially come from your decisions

she‘s doing the job they are paying her for.. he can choose to do whatever the hell he wants with that information, but at least she did her job

GOes back to a convo we had before about us demanding all players to participate in these movements.

Udonis makes a good point.

Udonis Haslem Called Out LeBron James During Heated Meeting - Game 7 https://itsgame7.com/udonis-haslem-called-out-lebron-james-during-heated-meeting/

Later in the meeting, Haslem turned his sights on Bucks guard George Hill.

“Haslem — in a clear message to George — stated that it was irresponsible and selfish for an established veteran to suggest that everyone should go home because younger players haven’t accumulated the wealth for such a drastic action,” Haynes reported.

That's a throwback to the past...black people would talk about how things aren't good for us here and the response would be in whatever country, they don't have running water, their starving, they don't have shoes, their government is failing them, be grateful for what you have.

And it was always coming from a white person who had more than you and didn't deal with the BS we gotta go through.
Like we don't have people here who are starving, with dirty *** water that they blatantly RESUFE to fix and the like.
My family comes from a country where the water isn't always running, our government certainly fails many, and there exists a level of poverty where I wouldn't say anyone is starving, but not everyone goes to bed with a full stomach. I've wished for running water for christmas. Not clean running water. Not hot running water. Just running water. And I still think more fondly of that place than I do of America because at least I don't have to directly deal with white supremacy there. Sure there's a discussion to be had about the effects of colonialism on the island but at the end of the day everyone's black and the cops arent wilding out.
Most definitely. Easy to forget a pandemic still going on

Appreciate it :nthat:

Yea man it was time to clean up for a bit lol still staying with the Fro Myrie movement
Old *** *****

yup.. there are so many levels to this stuff

money was already getting messed up because of the China mess.. then had this whole mess.. so they’re just trying salvage the money from local tv deals and save what they could by not cancel the season

but it’s professional sports, you got the dudes on the bottom end just trying get what they can out of it with the limited time they got

but even on the high end of things, everything that has happened is going have a huge impact.. cap is going go down and even the top guys going feel it

least with nfl guys they got huge new tv deals and should be streaming deals coming
