The money I'd save from paying no state tax will cover that. What other tax increases am I look atProperty taxes in Texas is off the chain.

but this stuff happens every summer
like clockwork
for the past 10 years
bruh every year in the bay we get a heatwaveNah that's not true if we talking about the Bay Area. What you said only applies to earthquakes and typical heat waves. IDK about SoCal or the Central Valley.
The heat waves up here seem to get increasingly more intense each year, but I've never once experienced humidity like we saw earlier in the week at the same time.
I can only remember 2 - 3 actual thunderstorms in the past 20 years. Local meteorologist are saying that they've never seen anything like we what we experienced earlier this week in their careers.
First time we saw smoke and ash covering the population center due to wild fire was August 2017, and it's pretty much been a yearly occurrence since. Definitely does seem like it's going to be the new normal at this point.
bruh every year in the bay we get a heatwave
i only moved out the bay in march
but i been in the bay my whole damn life
and theres a heatwave every damn year

why u always gotta a back and forth with other ntersI mentioned a very strange week of unusual weather and natural disasters, and you said it all happens every summer like clockwork for the past 10 years. I pointed out that's not actually the case.
9% is alot. And they talking about raising it next year that will most definitely cover the increase property taxes and then someour state taxes aint even that much man

i notice that
but i said it firstBruh it's a forum. Users make posts and other users reply to those posts. Accusing anybody else of always going back and forth with other Niketalkers is extremely rich coming from you, no?
You replied to one my posts with a statement that wasn't true. Turns out you agree with what I said in the first place.
but i said it first
so u agree with me
and i dont have a back and forth with a bunch of nters
no self awareness issue
I don't know if you being deliberately obtuse or not, but no you didn't. See post #4,705 in response to your original reply to me.
That sounds like a self awareness issue.
