School must disassociate with the NIL collective representative for a term of three years. The school also must disassociate from the NIL collective for a term of three years as well. As part of the dissociation, FSU cannot accept assistance from the collective and the collective cannot contribute to the athletic program in any way. However, the collective is free to continue working with FSU athletes on NIL endeavors.

Other penalties include:

- two years of probation.

- scholarship reductions of five over the next two academic years.

- a reduction by seven in official visits for 2023-24.

- a prohibition on recruiting communication for six weeks over the next two academic years, including this next week (Jan. 12-1.

- a prohibition on communication with athletes in the transfer portal from April 15-21.

- a reduction by 18 evaluation days this spring.

- a financial penalty of 1% of the athletic department’s budget.

What will UW do if he bounces? Name Grubb the new HC?

If that happens Grubb is next. We’ll know more by tomorrow if their club memberships are cancelled (cancellations are sent to country clubs asap to save $$). This gives a grace period of about 2 hours before the public knows lol.

Hopefully he doesn’t fall into the Steve Ballmer effect. Second to take over warms the seat for the third to flourish lol.

Just know the boosters boostin’ to get kdb to stay. Can’t blame the man if he leaves though.

Killing it? The kid they stole from USC seems nice, but they are definitely bringing in comparable production to what they lost last season. Mostly big name kids who hadn’t performed at bigger programs so far.

Silas already played with DJ so it might be telling if he chooses not to follow him.

And UW might not have an offense. That team was really top heavy with upper class men. They had 9 sixth year seniors playing and don’t have a strong recruiting class coming. There’s uncertainty there.
