Official 2023 San Francisco Giants Off-Season Thread - Jung Hoo Lee signs with SF 6-years $113 Million

No other way to say this.

She's the David Lee of whatever the **** her job is.

Say what you need say and keep it moving. At a leats the questions where decent. She asked Hector Sanchez something next week and I was like :|

This bench is just awful as I've mentioned before. I have no confidence in anyone who gives our starters a day off. So when the starters are struggling, currently Posey, Pence, and Pablo, then we are really in bad shape because we have no other options that can give these guys a break.

Just image if we didn't have Morse for a period of time and had to rely of Gregor Blanco and Juan Perez :x

Keep saying that.

They're doing just fine.

Finally we get to Tyson Ross. Hopefully Bumgarner can get us through 6.

Only 6 wins by the starting staff so far this season. Really impressed with thus far Brandon Hicks.

Said it after my Spring Training trip.  Hicks is solid.  He always has been.  But he is not the player that we are seeing right now.  He gets the job done, and is more than a serviceable backup.  But to expect more than that is putting unfair pressure on him.  He is what he is.  Glad he is hot right now.

Yeah I agree Hicks is a solid player. If Scutaro was healthy he would be the only one who I would have confidence in giving him a day off.

Cain scratched from tonight's start with a cut on his right index finger.

Petit will start instead

Damn Hicks to the right side
