No way England doesn't manage to score against Argentina.
Switzerland scored against them.
Cabo Verde scored 2 times.
Egypt scored 2 3 times + should've had a penalty.

Papa Infantino would have to give some serious instructions to his troops with the whistles and flags for England not to score, even moreso than in the Egypt game.
However unlike Egypt and Algeria, England have some star power and popularity of their own, so I doubt that Infantino would mind them knocking Argentina out, at least as much as Egypt, which would've been a catastrophe for the $$$ signs in Infantino's eyes.
