I love how Nike/Jordan Brand oversaturated the market with 1,s. Do i like every single Jordan 1 High release, NO! But i do like certain releases the majority of y'all aren't fans of. Such as Taxis, UNC Toes, Palomino, Brotherhoods, Lucky Greens, and the up coming Green Glows, Mochas.

My taste is a little bit different, as in i don't have a sheep mindset. As in, i don't like certain shoes, just because it's very limited with a high resale value on them. For instance, i only like the Travis Scott High 1,s Mochas, and the Blue/White Frags. The majority of the lows are trash to me, with the exception of the white/tan brown Colorway, and a future release.

The majority of people only like OG Colorways, and they love the collabs simply because of the limited production on pairs, and resale value, not because the shoe actually looks good. This recent Trophy Room 1 Low release shows us that.

Take the symbols off of the shoe, and take away the trophy room name associated with it, hike up production numbers as if it was a regular 1 release, with that same ugly satin material. Trust and believe that they would be sitting right now, with none of us worried about them.

We'd see the usual, i might cop once they go on sale comments going around today. One thing i do know, if the rumors about Nike cutting production numbers within the next 2 to 3 years, to cut down on the cost of manufacturing.

Some of the lukewarm Colorways of today would become grails over night. Dont let them put the 1 OG HIGHS in the vault, or limit a celebration

A certain amount of 1 releases per year, like a handful. It would turn the popularity of 1,s back on, because at that point, the availability would be really low. I do wonder if they're going to continue to release 1 highs like Dunks, or if they're going to cut down on production to save cost soon. That's something to watch out for in the next couple of years.

I think it will take another year before they cut production because they’re forcing so much product on their retail partners that they can actually increase revenue with total inventory sold being a lower % up front.

We should all wait it out on most shoes besides the obvious sellouts. At a certain point though I’m not sure what anyone expects. They aren’t dropping 3 OG colorways a year every 4 years. There’s never been anything historically to support them doing that. What would be nice to me is increasing the 85 high pipeline so we get 2-3 every year.
