Finally I got the German Camo Pair for myself. But as the inner swoosh of the right Shoe is off, I'll try to get another pair in store and send these back.

They were on fc. That’s where I got mine. There is no size 13 in the Japan release. Took the insoles out and I’m good. Lol

Yep no 13’s nor are there any 11.5’s or 12.5’s.

They made 4-11&12 for Japan’s only
