I'm a Nike 44, here's a previous post (not side by side by you should get an idea for sizing):

The fit's TTS, I'm pretty much a medium in everything. 5'10, 165lbs. Comparisons:

Nike M/44 vs Adidas rev30 M (length +0)

Width's pretty much same but you can see the rev30's additional length

Nike M/44 vs M&N 40

More or less identical, with the M&N being slightly wider
