Crazy as it sounds but it was damn near cheaper to order the entire collab via Pondon or other Bape resellers rather than Bape....

That exchange rate is a muhfugga.

I passed on all the anniversary stuff tho. Outside of the Pusha and Cudi stuff nothing was really appealing to me.

For guys who have been into Bape for a while. Does your collection most consist of College Tees and Sharks for clothing or what?

I love Bape but I don't wanna end up with a million of the same shirt/ hoody in different colors.

Really cheap (comparatively speaking)! I go there all the time. After the exchange rate, the shorts come out to about $48 - $66 a piece. I feel bad for dudes paying $100+ for a shirt :x.

Thanks for the heads up, even more reason to check it out. Quick question though since this will be my first time traveling abroad, do you pay with our currency or did you exchange at the airport?

Do not, I repeat do not take out money from the Narita (Tokyo) Airport. You will lose out on the exchange rate. Just take it out using one of the international ATM (One with the plus sign).

You'll get a much better Yen exchange rate. The airport could be as much as four points lower than want an ATM would give you. Most banks calculate their exchange rate at the commercial rate which favors the travelers. You can even use your credit card. You will/may get charged and international transaction fee, but most cards have promotions where that fee is either waved or reimbursed if you notify them that you will be on travel.

By the way, make sure to check out BOTH Bape Stores. Most people only go to the one in Shibuya, but there is also one in Harajuku. It's near the Flagship Ralph Lauren/RRL store off the main strip. Harajuku is only a 3mins train ride from Shibuya. You could even walk there. It shouldn't take you more than 15-20mins.

Just copped a 1st camo yellow polo off Pondon in a xxl. I was thinking about it too much and missed out on the red, navy, and purple polos in my size smh. Your right though xxl doesn't exist unless you jump on the site as soon as it updates. I'm just going to stalk Pondon when I know something's going to drop.
