what do yall think about RE SX10??? i wanna throw on in the MDX... car toys said i will need a custom box because i wanna replace the stock sub and its ashallow bose sub...
dude on craigslist has 2 for $375... is it worth it? the Fi BL10 has my eye... but if i can save money i would rather get this if its good enough..

the stock sub area is made for a shallow sub.. the RE SX is way to big depth wise to fit so a custom box is gonna be needed... i dont want another box becauseit is the family car and we use the 3rd row here and there...

just copped a caddy like that except with a khaki top. 1 Owner low miles 3k
So i want to put something in it. i got a quick couple of questions.
i want it to be loud outside of the car , and i want the system to be a monster in the back of the big body.
i want a double din , or would i be better of with a good Deck ?
what type of tweeters 6 by 9s and and speakers should i cop first ?
i want something thats loud and a good brand .
then to top it off ima throw blades on it.

leave the blades at home man, I know its texas style, but unlike 84s, they just aren't very asthetically pleasing, and STAY AWAY from 6x9s, if you reallywant to be loud, look for some PA mids and tweeters from brands like BnC, seleinuim, Eminence, Ev etc. go to partsexpress.com as well for all your PA needs

^ the whole reason i wanna chop blades is because my cousins live there and i wanna show them how we ride clean down south.
But give me more info about the mids and there price range .
Blades go hard i aint never seen a sole chop it up in NY.
i dont think i ever seen anything bigger than 20s there in the heights and dyckman.

why yall hating on htown soo hard? i started off my slab life on blades. fam if you want to ride blades do it, if you want to find some i can get any type ofblades for a good price on tires. im in houston too, and im bout to get a lac like that from my grampa. its red imma bolt it up on swangz as soon as i get it.
