The fans there are crazy...thats the best thing about college basketball in my opinion when you have fan support like Duke that go crazy and camp outside thearena months before a UNC game...crazy

The light poles and etc. have outlets and that whole area has internet access. I'm sure they rotate whos in the tent at what time. TRUST, they get thatwork in.
The school tries to provide all it can for those students.
