I don't know if that goal was on- or offside, but it looked very close. The whole point is to not blow the whistle immediately so we can get an offside check.
Instead this awful ref blows the whistle literally immediately, thereby blocking any offside check from even being conducted...
It seems like a really basic guideline to follow.
