Haven't been on NT/social media much since the election but WTF is going on at the Etihad? Must be some black magic ****, maybe posting in here will break it.
Please buy a LB or RB this winter. I've been standing and dying on this hill for 4+ years now and all we have gotten has been Gvardiol who's more suited at CB to me, and Sergio Gomez who don't even play for us anymore.
This reminds me when we relied heavily on Clichy and Zabaleta back in the days until everyone knew we had to spend 50+ mill on fullbacks for Walker and Mendy. This really shows me why Fernandinho and Rodri with a mix of KDB has been the heartbeat of this club for the past 10+ years.

It was a testimonial match for him so it was always gonna be honorific. Don't think it was meant to be triggering with how he's always been so open about everything.
Just getting a bit creepy and into uncanny valley territory when we start having AI's doing this sort of stuff

I agree that the Testimonial Match was awesome, that last part was done purely for views cause you see the pain in his face and how much trauma he still carries with the passing of his pops.

City's defense is so bad. No idea why they never close down the ball or go in for a tackle. Seems like lack of effort/drive. Every counter attack is threatening. I hate to say they deserved to lose because its football. But they scored one goal off a fluke deflected cross and didn't look threatening at all. Gvardiol is the second leading scorer on the team...thats sad.
People saying oh where is Foden. At least Phil is out there trying to create. Trying to go at people but with out the clean up machine (Rodri) behind him and a healthy KDB he is on an island a lot.
I would rather see the kids play at this point. We have no creativity in the middle of the pitch. Doku with 30 iso's a game is not a winning strategy. At what point does pep try to get balls in behind to our Giant fast striker? This is why there was dialogue that City can play better without Haaland. Pep doesn't seem to trust his technical ability to have him help in the build up. He just lets him jog around up top.
So frustrating to watch Gundo, Silva, Walker just offer nothing.

Got 4 teams all in realistic contention and you have a team like Juve who as inconsistent as they've been, are unbeaten so far in the league
They flip some of these draws into wins and they might just have something to say tio during the 2nd half of the season.
