Martin has said that it was more of black magic when dany survived the first time. So he is under the impression that they aren't immune to fire.

Targs aren't immune to fire. They only have a higher tolerance to heat. Dany surviving the flames from the funeral pyre was supposed to be a magical anomaly. That is why it's interesting that the show writers made her survive another fire.

Yeah, in Season 1 when she was feeling herself as the future queen of Westeros she wouldn't have been caught dead speaking to the Bastard of Winterfell. In the first book she constantly refers to him as "the bastard" and always corrects Arya saying that he's only their half-brother. That's why I rolled my eyes a little at their touching little reunion.

I thought the exact opposite. 

I was thinking if Osha was working with Smalljon then she wouldn't have tried to kill him then and there and instead wait for what ever plan they had to flourish. If the plan all long was to sacrifice Shaggy Dog, risk Rickon all to get Osha close enough to Ramsey to seduce him and kill him I'm gonna be mad as hell.
