Official "Going to Vegas in..." Vol. II "It was time"

fambs i need sum help. im gonna be the best man and am planning for a bachelor party in vegas on middle to late august. still haven't gotten a list from groom but wanna get the ball rolling. i never been to a bachelor party yet before but wanna do it big. penthouse on the strip, BS, strip club, etc.

for those on here who has been to a bachelor part in vegas or even set one up, what should i look into? any advice will be appreciate.

Going to Reno this weekend. White trash Vegas, I know. But it's sort of similar which is why I posted it in here.

Can anyone give me a quick rundown of anything I can do out there? I'm staying at the Grand Sierra Resort.
 
Man just got back from Vegas again! I'm getting kinda burnt out already lol. Have another trip 4th weekend! It'll be 4 times in 6 weeks. :smh:
 
What's good fam. It'll be my first time at the rodeo touching down in Vegas this Wednesday until Sunday. Staying at Aria and Caesar's.

I didn't plan, so as far as I know. Tao Friday and Rehab day party on Saturday. The celebrant bachelor wants to hit up Rhino's Wednesday night and Thursday.

I'd like to hit up one of the smaller hotel bars at least Thursday instead and see what's good. I was reading Bond Bar or Chandelier at Cosmo to spit some game. Could do a night swim. Up for some suggestions/reccos.

Reno is weird as hell. Like a C-list Vegas or like the 60s-70s Vegas. :lol:

I've stayed at GSR. Grand Sierra is one of the nicer hotels but further out from Downtown Reno. They have a decent restaurant, cheap movie theater which I went to, and a pretty dope nightclub (I think Lex?). Reno seems a lot easier than Vegas with regards to partying.

Try to go out to Tahoe, I never went but heard its beautiful.

Better off going to Tahoe or an Indian casino

I was just out in Tahoe this past weekend for a day trip.
It was nice, but it's beautiful in the winter time.

I'm sort of shrugging my shoulders at how horrible Reno is as a city since we got a free room for 2 nights.

I guess I'll just stick with my original plan of playing cards and eating at the buffet. :lol:
 
How strictly enforced is a table max? Specially looking at marquee, a lot of their [budget baller] stuff seems to be 5 max. We might have 6-8.

The rules are only enforced when booking the table. Even then, they've loosened as Vegas has gone away from bottle minimums in favor of minimum spend. And, once you're at the table, there's no rule against "inviting" people to hang out.

That being said, depending on the size of the space, 6-8 could totally suck. There are tables at XS I would never have more than 4-5 people at. There's a reason certain tables are intended for a certain number of people. You literally can't fit more people without being uncomfortable..

I once booked for the cheapest, most basic room at the Cosmo and got upgraded to a 1BR with terrace, so that's a pretty big jump. Its all hit or miss, totally dependent on whos working the front desk.
 
$20 trick got me from ~15th floor to ~30th floor with strip view at Mandalay last year. Same room basically. I guess for 20 bucks it was worth it.

At cosmo this year, gonna give it another shot.

Thinking about running the rock and roll marathon in Vegas this November. Has anyone in here done it before? How is it? Is true that people just run around and get drunk? Lol
 
Does anyone have a host contact at Omnia?  My girl and her friends want to hit up some dj called the chain smokers and of course if i dont foot the bill for a table they will just bottle rat some other dudes and leave me stranded in General admission.... any help is appreciated.

Going to the fight and USA vs. Argentina. Should be a good weekend

Already got a 2 queen strip view. Gonna see what it gets me.
