Can somebody point me in the direction for how to put the lockscreen weather widget on my 3G?

Is it jailbroken? Do you want it on your lock screen or springboard, like mine up there ^^ Springboard is better because all you have to do is hit the homebutton to see weather, not lock and unlock your phone. Whichever, I can help you out.

Oh yea, it's been jailbroken since i got it, got all the cracked apps and all the good stuff. But I can't seem to figure out where, or how to do thewidget thing, I want it on my lockscreen. Can you help me out? Thanks

Do you have Katra's Weather from Cydia? Download and click more info for explanation. You have to use SSH to configure these. If you do not know how tocheck the link I posted up 7 posts up. It will walk you through and it will be very easy to setup your lockscreen.

Not too sure, but i dont think you can receive videos, havent tried it though, so just send it to yourself and see how that works out. I doubtwhen you receive the video youll be able to play it, it MIGHT save onto your phone's media folder and you would have to SSH the video file to your computerand view it. As far as sending a video goes, i dont know if that works 100% or not, you would have to send it to a friend as a test. I think the same goesfor a audio file; it may just be limited to pictures only.

You leave the APN blank, just fill in the info i provided and youre all set. Its a 14 day demo, after that you will need to pay $8 for the app,totally worth it. There is one way of cracking that i know of, and its pretty difficult if you dont use SSH, i use Total Commander and i dont have the optionto edit and replace files. Its a pain in the %#% to do, youtube crack swirly mms on youtube and theyll show u how, but IMO just pay the $8 bucks its not muchfor the trouble youll be saving. It was SO much easier cracking SwirlyMMS when 1.1.4 firmware was out.

so my 1st gen iphone's silent switch stopped working, as when i switch it to silent, nothing happens, and the phone doesnt acknowledge that it is in silentmode, and the ringtone still plays even when its not supposed to. A few days before this, the phone was spazzing, and kept just going back and forth betweenringer and vibrate without me touching the switch, it just kept vibrating in my pocket. its never been dropped, anyone have any solutions?

Alright, I got an important question. I have a first gen iPhone thats jailbroken and as of a few minutes ago it wont turn on. It just brings up the applescreen and after a few seconds it appears to reset itself, and it just keeps doing that. I triend connecting to my computer (wont show up in itunes because thephone wont turn on), and a soft reset and nothing seems to be working.
Is there any think I can do, or has anyone had a similar problem before? Also if I bring it the apple store is there anyway for them to know that it wasjailbroken?

u have to put ur phone into DFU mode. u hold down the home button and the power button for 10 secs, then a icon with the itunes logo and usb cordwill show up, thats when u connect it to your computer, then youll be able to do a restore. google or youtube DFU mode for specific directions, i maybe wrongregarding it being 10 secs. so just to be sure just google it or youtube it

I have a question. Might just be me being ignorant but I dont know how to set up my email on my iPhone. I want to set up my school email on it which uses atype of gmail but I'm completely lost when I try. Any help would be appreciated.

You need to download Cyberduck, and watch this video on how to setup, then follow with the other video that I posted, but they are using WinSCP, same stuff,different program.
