+++OFFICIAL JAY Z THREAD+++

Those pianos on somewhereinamerica really sound out of place. I thought i accidentally started playing another song on another music player because the music is competing with the melody. Also, those same pianos sound a lot like Still d.r.e.

people are still bringing up Yeezus :rolleyes

Ive only heard the first track...itching to hear the rest :lol

From the Nickels & Dimes track:
"Pardon my Hubris... Uh, Stanley Kubrick... With Eyes Wide Shut... I could cook up two bricks..."

Ya'll can hate on correctional officer Rick Ross all you want but dont front and act like he aint got the hardest track on this bish... LOL. :lol :hat

Back to the topic at hand,

I think this album could've been even better at 13 tracks. I could really do without "Oceans," "JAY-Z Blue," and "Versus".

Edit:

Dudes might as well accept the fact Ross ain't going nowhere

Hardest joint by far

Wholeheartedly agree with you on this one gllahone, song is beyond tough.

:eek oceans might be the best song on this album

will i be slayed for thinking it's a bit overproduced?

the beats seem to overshadow anything else going on

Fwmykigi & Beach is better are my most played.
After a second listen some songs are good but I can tell I won't spin them as much.

If Jay not in your to 3 you are crazy.

lets not get too ahead of ourselves... he can fall anywhere in a top 10 depending how old someone is, for example if someone said KRS-ONE, RAKIM, KOO G RAP

are you gonna say no?

jay-z got a knack of dropping a hot album every other time, this is WAY better then blueprint 3, following da dopeness of american gangster.
