Just so funny that..... when there's a celebrity 1 of 1 pair made or a very short supply PE, all the care in the world goes towards quality and craftmanship. The colors are generally very well placed as well.


Then, we get the whatever they will pay anyway general releases.....

This is because often the PEs that are made in limited runs (so even less production numbers than some F&F runs) are made by the same facilities that make samples that are provided to the same facilities that produce GRs. As you know, samples have to be high quality before they are provided as reference pairs so the larger producers can build to those standards. This isn't the case with just Nike/JB either. I worked in supply chain management so this is pretty common practice across many industries but very prevalent in footwear and apparel.
