I think it's the whole album in reverse and then it slows back down near DNA and finishes with BLOOD when he says, "So I was taking a walk the other day."

The whole album is being undone, and he jumps back to what seems to be a nightmare where he dies. It emphasizes his mortality, and how he feels like he only got to where he is now by insane chance.
