Damm im all confused now. Wanna cop the purple coz of the 8/24 but the thing looks too dark. Wish they were closer to the 8 fades than the mw. But the achiles looks cool coz it pops. Looks like this will be like the 8s again = get all cws. Lol

How do you all feel about that TPu thing in the flyknit. I am looking at some close up images and looks kinda cheap/cheesy. But just pictures. Have to see them in hand for a final verdict. Looks like a whole lot of exposed plastic running all over the shoes.

Changed my mind on the BHM, not a huge fan. Wanted the launch pair of Kobe 11s but I have the university red elite low 9s; so conflicted, not trying to get mad pairs of kobes in the same colors unless laker themed. Looks like the purple pair will be my first pair unless the black ones come out on sale from the jump lol

It's the give and take of how flyknit can work on a basketball shoe.

You either have the 9/10 route where it''s basically glued to fuse or this way which we don't even know how well it'll work, where they have to reinforce it.

I think I prefer the aesthetics of the 9/10 flyknit as opposed to these but haven't had them in hand yet.

Yeah, the Kobe looks better, but he's right. Very similar in colorway

Kobe specifically said they made the flyknit stronger by weaving in strands of TPU throughout the entire flyknit. So, no backing.

I should have been more clear, what I meant by backing was some sort of support. Which the TPU would qualify as.

How come nobody is complaining about the ground beef Multicolor on the BHM. There was plenty of hate on the XMAS multi color.
